Responsibilities
Rossco Crane & Rigging, Inc. is seeking dependable and safety-focused Crane Riggers to support lifting operations across oil field, industrial, and construction job sites. Crane Riggers play a key role in safe and efficient lifts by preparing, securing, guiding, and maintaining rigging equipment while working closely with crane operators and job site teams.
Requirements
Certifications/Years of Experience:
Crane rigging experience in oil field, industrial, or construction settings (1–3 years experience)
Demonstrated experience with proper hook, chain, sling, and cable attachment methods (1+ year experience)
Experience assembling, inspecting, and dismantling rigging equipment (1+ year experience)
Ability to guide crane operators using hand signals or radio during lifts (1+ year experience or formal training)
Eligibility & Preferences:
Able to lift, push, or pull up to 80 lbs
Physically capable of performing demanding work for extended periods
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Dependable team player with solid problem-solving skills
Oil field experience preferred
Willing to complete company-provided training and certification if required
