Class A CDL Truck Drivers

Responsibilities

Rossco Crane & Rigging, Inc. is seeking safety-focused Class A CDL Truck Drivers to support daily operations across oil field, industrial, and construction job sites. Drivers are responsible for safely operating Class A commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and supplies while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post trip inspections, maintaining accurate driving logs, communicating effectively with dispatch and job site crews, assisting with loading, unloading, and securing cargo as needed, and keeping vehicles clean and in proper working condition. Drivers are expected to follow all safety procedures and represent the company professionally on every job site.

Requirements

Certifications/Years of Experience:

• Valid Class A CDL required (current and in good standing)
• Commercial driving experience operating Class A vehicles (1–3 years experience)
• Experience transporting equipment, materials, or supplies to job sites (1+ year experience)
• Experience completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining DOT-compliant logs (1+ year experience)

Eligibility & Preferences:

• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Clean driving record that qualifies under company insurance
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with DOT and company policies
• Ability to assist with loading, unloading, and securing cargo as needed
• Effective communication with dispatch, supervisors, and job site crews
• Ability to keep vehicles clean and in proper working condition
